Text on the meme

What it means

EN: The meme compares two people in September: the “Polovets” ends up by an ancient temple with an Armenian flag, while a normal person is at a military recruitment office. The joke relies on a pun and a historical reference: the Cumans are associated with nomads and traveling, while an ordinary person may be sent to the army in September.
