Homeland Security Based in Israel

Text on the meme

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY Homeland Security @DHSgov Date joined July 2008 in Israel Account based in Tel Aviv, Israel 16 username changes Last on July 2008 Connected via Israel App Store

What it means

A dark-mode social media profile for Homeland Security shows that the account joined in July 2008 in Israel, is based in Tel Aviv, changed its username 16 times, and connected through the Israel App Store. The joke is a conspiratorial fake-profile screenshot implying that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is secretly Israeli or linked to Israel, making it useful as an ironic reaction to claims about hidden affiliations or suspicious origins.
