Bench Press Goes Horribly Wrong

SAINT

What it means

A low-resolution video-game scene shows a character bench-pressing while another character aims a glowing blue weapon at them. The bench and lifter suddenly go flying, and the gym fills with blood and body parts as the camera pulls back. The joke is the absurd escalation from an ordinary workout to extreme video-game chaos, making it useful as a reaction to something going catastrophically wrong.
