Doom Eternal Versus Black Ops 7
Doom: Eternal (2020) CoD: Black Ops 7 (2025)
A split-screen comparison shows a demon-filled first-person shooter scene from Doom: Eternal above and a giant grotesque enemy confronting the player in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 below. The joke is that the newer Call of Duty appears to be copying Doom’s intense demonic combat and enormous monsters, making the comparison work as a reaction to games becoming increasingly similar and over-the-top.
