Psych Ward Phone Update

Text on the meme

I've been Blocked Unblocked Unadded Added Hated Loved i have not noticed any of this i am currently in the psych ward and they have taken my phone

What it means

A blue-hooded person sits behind bars and holds a phone while a list describes being blocked, unblocked, unadded, added, hated, and loved. They explain that they have not noticed any of it because they are currently in the psych ward and their phone has been taken. The joke is a dark reaction to missing all the drama and social-media updates while being completely disconnected.
