Cat Stays Beside Dying Father
My father a year ago today at 92, his cat Koda stayed by his side for 15+ hours straight at the end. FAMILY Removed No animals allowed. 30 day temp ban.
A Reddit post shows an elderly man lying in bed with his cat, Koda, beside him for more than 15 hours near the end of his life. The emotional tribute is humorously undercut when a moderator removes it for violating the subreddit’s no-animals rule and gives the poster a 30-day temporary ban. It is sent as a bittersweet reaction to absurd moderation and unexpectedly wholesome pet loyalty.
