Always Remember Why You Train

Always remember why you train

A fast-paced comedic montage opens with people clumsily fighting and falling in an industrial lot, then cuts to a construction worker struggling with a heavy load, a lineup of unimpressed people, an intense close-up, a confused-looking person carrying a large instrument case, and a chaotic outdoor performance. The caption “Always remember why you train” turns the increasingly absurd displays of strength, balance, and readiness into an ironic motivational joke. The clip is set to Kenta Higashiohji’s “URA シニア級,” whose energetic, playful music makes every awkward movement and sudden cut feel like an overdramatic training montage.
