Cool New Piercing Idea

Text on the meme

Just had a cool idea for a new type of piercing

What it means

An anatomical side-view illustration of a human head shows a huge barbell piercing stretching across the top of the skull, with the ends placed near the temples. The joke is the absurdly impractical and horrifying idea of piercing through someone’s entire head, so it works as an absurd reaction image about terrible creative ideas.
