Obsolete Init System Argument

As I have clearly said before, I will not add any code to udev to handle obsolete init systems. Gentoo folks - party like it’s 1998 all you want. But don't come crying to me when your non-standard systems break. The ca 200 Linux distributions using systemd are quite a bit more important than the 10 which don’t. Gentoo’s derivative ChromeOS has much more market share than those “200 linux distros” ever will have. It does fine without systemd. We'll party like it's 1998 all we want - try it, it's fun!
