What it means

EN: A screenshot of Krita shows an Italian KDE information window, with the logo and a green mascot beside the text “KDE - Live freely!”. The joke comes from the contrast between the creative interface and the long free-software information window; it is used as a reaction to open-source programs, overly long explanations, or unexpected technical screens.
