When the cop walks up

Text on the meme

POV: You is got pulled over and hoping you get a lil warning but you realize this mfer is walking up to the car

What it means

A driver nervously reacts inside a car after being pulled over, then the video cuts to a police officer approaching, followed by increasingly absurd close-ups of a severe buzz cut. The joke is that the driver realizes the officer is intimidating, while the dramatic music, Kent Osborne’s “Eternal Eclipse,” makes the escalating panic and haircut reveal feel cinematic and over-serious.
