Time to Start Journaling

time to start Journaling ANGRY SAD

What it means

A shirtless man begins journaling with the caption “time to start Journaling,” but slowly writes the feelings “ANGRY” and “SAD” in a notebook. The joke is the overly dramatic emotional spiral, amplified by Linkin Park’s melancholic alternative-rock song “Iridescent,” making the simple journaling attempt feel like an intense music video reaction. This clip is used as a reaction to being emotionally overwhelmed or suddenly realizing how unhappy you are.
