Father Blames Girlfriend After Coma

Text on the meme

Father-to-be wakes up from coma to blame angry girlfriend for causing car crash — before dying trib.al/PdzTBB3

What it means

A collage shows a young father-to-be, an injured man lying in a hospital bed, and a distressed woman. The joke is the absurdly dramatic news caption claiming that he woke from a coma specifically to blame his angry girlfriend before dying, making it a dark and sensational reaction meme.
