Foreman's Four Men Ability

Text on the meme

why didnt Foreman use his "four men" ability again after this scene? did the writers forget?

What it means

A scene from House, M.D. shows Gregory House facing four identical men in matching suits, while holding a cane and papers. The joke suggests that Foreman somehow has a “four men” ability, so the writers should have used it again after this visually similar scene; it is sent as a humorous continuity complaint about a forgotten character gimmick.
