Life Imitates Art Beluga
life imitates art
A white beluga whale underwater appears to blow a cloudy puff above its head, resembling a cartoon boar-like character with a mushroom-shaped cloud on its head. The joke is a visual comparison between real life and stylized art, making the whale look like the character’s real-world counterpart. It is used as an absurd reaction to uncanny resemblance or when reality unexpectedly copies fiction.
