Refugees Welcome at the Beach

REFUGEES WELCOME STRANGE. THEY'RE ALL YOUNG JAPANESE WOMEN

Two cartoon characters watch the sea from a beach as a group of young Japanese women supposedly arrive as refugees. The joke relies on the absurd mismatch between the welcoming sign and the observer’s suspicious surprise, with an implied fetishistic or xenophobic punchline.
