What it means

A street video pans past an Iranian opposition display with portraits and flags, then reveals an Israeli flag printed on the side of the nearby stand. Hamnawa’s “Hava Nagila,” with its festive Jewish folk melody and flute-like sound, creates an absurdly celebratory contrast with the solemn memorial-style portraits and political imagery, making the clip a reaction to an unexpectedly awkward or ironic juxtaposition.
