The image compares online listings for used RTX 3080 Ti graphics cards priced at $550 and $598 with new RTX 4070 Super cards priced at about $595–$600. The joke is that the newer RTX 4070 Super costs roughly the same as, or less than, the older and supposedly higher-tier RTX 3080 Ti, making the used-market pricing look absurd. It is shared as a reaction to bad deals, outdated hardware prices, or irrational second-hand listings.
