Friend Fakes Eight Years Experience

Friend hired at deloitte with 8 years of fake experience. Consulting So my friend told me that he got a job in dallas as a senior consultant. I was confused when he said senior. He just graduated couple of months ago. He got a package of 145k. When I asked him more about it he told me that he faked 8 years of experience on resume. My friend's age is 26...... like deloitte's HR folks dont see this or what ? I really dont want to put fake experience on my resume to get hired. FYI: Dude is south indian. Ive seen a lot of south indian folks do this stuff.

A Reddit-style screenshot describes a 26-year-old recent graduate who allegedly got a senior consultant job at Deloitte with a $145,000 package by faking eight years of experience. The joke is the absurdity of supposedly passing an obvious résumé lie through HR, along with the narrator’s disbelief and concern about dishonest hiring practices.
