70k Locked Behind KeePassXC

I have 70k locked behind a KeePassXC database I've had 70k locked in roughly my mind, and I have no way of knowing the password since I lost the physical paper note it was written on. I fucking hate myself. I was extra autistic when setting up the master password too, because I composed an incredibly long string of random HEX save data from pokemon GBA saves, list of classmates from 2nd year of uni, various symbols and ASCII characters. Password was about 180-190 characters long. I only remember the first 10 or so. Can I brute force the file somehow? Or check the memory of my computer and hope the password leaked there somewhere? I'm fucking shooting this many would save my life
