The iPhone XR Question

The highlight of my career was when I asked Jeff Williams what the R stood for in iPhone XR at an Apple Event. He just kind of blankly stared at me with a “nice try” face and then Apple PR stepped in front of him and gave me some non-answer.

Williams clearly did not want to answer, and Apple PR intervened with a vague non-answer; the joke is that the meaning of the letter R has never been officially revealed.
