Settings App Uninstalls Itself

Text on the meme

NAHHHHHH!!!! The system has been destroyed No, i tried it on my phone with the setting app and this. it would like show the animation and everything but it would never uninstall

What it means

A screenshot shows someone holding a phone displaying a system-destroyed warning over a computer keyboard, followed by a reply saying that uninstalling the Settings app only showed an animation and never actually removed it. The joke is that deleting the Settings app would destroy the operating system, while the commenter’s phone merely pretended to uninstall it.
