Monitor on a Mobility Chair
I asked why, and the only response I got was "Mobility"
A computer monitor is mounted on the base of an office chair in a room. The joke is the absurdly literal interpretation of “mobility,” turning a stationary monitor into something that can roll around; it is shared as a reaction to impractical or overly literal technical solutions.
