Buff Einstein Spray Won’t Disappear

i need help every time i try to do a clean install of gmod without any mods or anything i still have this spray of buff albert einstein still appearing i cant find him in the game's files either how do i get rid of him???

A screenshot from Garry’s Mod shows the multiplayer options menu with a muscular spray image of Albert Einstein. The joke is that the bizarre spray keeps returning even after a clean installation, as if buff Einstein is haunting the game files. It is used as a reaction to inexplicable, persistent problems.
