What it means

Two iPhone screens humorously present changing the operating system as if the phone supported a choice among Ubuntu Touch, Android, iOS, KaiOS, and SailfishOS. The punchline is that an iPhone normally offers only iOS, so the fake setup screen exaggerates the user's freedom and mocks alternative mobile operating systems.
