Shopify Won’t Let Me Change Country

Shopify won't let me change country Solved! Go to solution orangehoh / Newbie / 2023-10-26 09:38 PM Plan Free/Premium Country Device Operating System My Question or Issue I moved from Canada to the UK and I'm trying to change the payment method to a credit card issued in the UK. However, it won't let me save it and it says the country the CC is issued is different from what my profile's country is. So I try to click on the "change country" link on Update Payment page. When I select United Kingdom, it redirects me to the premium plan page with a small error message saying I can't do it. My Shopify account is created with my FB account and I've updated the FB profile to the UK as well. Solved! Go to Solution. Labels: Account 0 like(s) REPLY
