Installing Switches Incorrectly

Text on the meme

Turns out, you've been installing switches incorrectly this whole time.

What it means

A ceiling-mounted network switch is shown hanging upside down with exposed cables and hardware. The joke is that the absurd installation suggests everyone has been installing switches wrong all along, making it a humorous IT reaction image.
