Middle Initial Dropdown List

Text on the meme

I just saw a form with a DROP DOWN LIST for the MIDDLE INITIAL!!! 🤣💀 FIRST NAME Benjamin MIDDLE INITIAL H LAST NAME Lesh

What it means

A screenshot of a form shows Benjamin Lesh’s middle initial selected from a dropdown menu. The joke is that the form offers a dropdown list for something usually entered as a single letter, making the mundane paperwork detail feel absurdly noteworthy.
