JavaScript Robot Developer Stack

Which software do I use for developing robots? As a frontend engineer, I develop client side using Javascript with React JS. Server side is also written in Javascript, but in Node JS There is also some application, written in Javascript and runs in Node JS For 3D modeling, I use Kompas3D, but also it is nice to work with Solidworks or Autocad For 3D simulation, I use Unity3D engine. This one is cool tool for working with gravity, and also you can do some simulation in simple way Thank you!
