Swimsuit Photo Gets Fewer Carrots

Text on the meme

When I sent my mom a photo of me in a swimsuit, she started sending me less carrots...

What it means

An anime horse girl in a colorful swimsuit looks shyly at the viewer while holding her hands to her chest. The joke is that after sending her mother a swimsuit photo, she receives fewer carrots as a humorous, suggestive punishment; it works as a reaction to embarrassment or parental disapproval.
