What it means

A surreal collage shows a smirking yellow cartoon character above a chaotic montage of faces, lightning, a Starbucks drink, a doll, logos, and a central distorted figure. The joke is that an algorithm has forced an absurd, overstuffed image into someone’s feed, so the viewer is told they can keep scrolling after enduring it.
