COLD SHOWER ENDURANCE - FINALS USA GER IND I NEED CURRY!

What it means

Three athletes from the USA, Germany, and India stand under freezing showers in a mock Olympic final. The Indian competitor quickly collapses and crawls away shouting “I NEED CURRY!”, parodying national stereotypes and turning the endurance contest into an absurd reaction meme.
