2050 Movie Premiere Disaster
it’s 2050 and you are watching a new movie that just came out
In a movie theater, Minions eagerly watch a new film that has supposedly just been released in 2050. The screen first shows the Universal logo alongside a low-quality, glitchy-looking video, turning the futuristic movie premiere into an absurdly disappointing experience. Aphex Twin’s ambient electronic track “QKThr” adds a dreamy, oddly serious mood that makes the ridiculous footage even funnier.
