My first group therapy

What it means

A first-person video shows someone entering a circle of unusually intense-looking people in a therapy room, then taking notes while the group members sit in silence or appear troubled. The joke is that an ordinary therapy session feels ominous and psychologically disturbing, amplified by Daniel Licht’s dark “Blood Theme” music from Dexter, making the narrator seem surrounded by dangerous personalities. It works as a reaction to an awkward, intimidating, or deeply unsettling first social experience.
