Commence Motorboating? YES NO

What it means

An anime-style woman in a revealing outfit looks toward the viewer while a game-like choice prompt asks, “Commence Motorboating?” with YES and NO options. The joke is a deliberately suggestive, absurd interactive-fiction choice used as a reaction to flirtation or an invitation to indulge in an embarrassing fantasy.
