What it means

Two nearly identical social-media posts say “why yes, I am a fan of classic Italian cinema” while showing a glamorous, cleavage-focused shot of Monica Bellucci from the film Malèna. The joke is that the speaker’s supposed appreciation of classic Italian cinema is really an excuse to admire the actress’s sensual appearance; it is used as a cheeky reaction to suggestive media or attractive celebrities.
