What it means

A parody Netflix screen shows two smug, pale cartoon cephalopods resembling Squidward and Squilliam, with the fake show title “Squllliam Gay.” The joke is a deliberately absurd queer parody of the SpongeBob characters and is used as a reaction to flamboyant, suspiciously intimate, or unexpectedly gay behavior.
