Maid at an Active Shooting

Text on the meme

it was a regular commission but the commissioner told me i could put whatever i want as the background so i made it an active shooting

What it means

A purple anthropomorphic fox in a maid outfit stands in the foreground while armed people and chaos fill the street behind her. The joke is that the artist turned an ordinary commission into an absurdly dangerous active-shooting scene because the commissioner allowed any background, creating a deliberately unexpected contrast.
