What it means

A touchscreen tipping prompt offers several tip percentages, each paired with exaggerated slang compliments, while the caption says they are not getting a single cent. The joke is a refusal to tip despite the interface trying to flatter the customer; it is used as a reaction to bad service, manipulative requests, or people asking for money.
