Moomin Council Grants You Rest

Text on the meme

The council is deciding your fate They have decided you deserve a soft blanket and zero responsibilities today

What it means

A council of Moomin characters gathers around as if deciding someone’s fate, then faces the camera to deliver a gentle verdict: you deserve a soft blanket and zero responsibilities today. The mock-serious judgment turns into a comforting reaction for sending to someone who needs rest, with the faint meow-like audio adding an absurd, cute punchline.
