Junior and Senior Developer Geese

Text on the meme

so where are we going? we're following you. Junior Developer Senior Developer Senior Developer

What it means

A four-panel comic shows geese flying in formation, with the junior developer asking where they are going and being told they are following him. The final panels zoom in on increasingly unimpressed-looking geese labeled senior developers, joking about the contrast between inexperienced developers blindly leading and experienced developers silently judging or following along. It is used as a reaction to software-development hierarchy and workplace dynamics.
