Reenacting the Chinese Civil War

POV: you sidequested a bit too hard and now you’re reenacting a battle from the Chinese civil war

A group of young people in blue historical-style uniforms run, crouch, salute, and fire prop rifles through a lush mountain valley while explosions and smoke appear around them. The joke is that an overly ambitious side quest has escalated into accidentally reenacting a full-scale Chinese Civil War battle, made even more dramatic and absurd by the triumphant revolutionary music. The clip uses Shabl1’s “Mao’s Red Sun,” an energetic revolutionary-themed electronic track, to turn a casual historical reenactment into an epic battlefield reaction meme.
