Howdy Tattoo Reveal

Text on the meme

Howdy!

What it means

A barber gives a client an elaborate haircut featuring a cute green anime-style girl saying “Howdy!” on the back of his head. The bearded client looks suspicious while the barber dances and gestures proudly, turning the unexpected tattoo reveal into an absurd joke. Toby Fox’s upbeat, triumphant video-game music, “Hopes and Dreams,” makes the reveal feel dramatically heroic and heightens the comedy.
