EN: A strange homemade object is mounted on the wall: a plumbing valve is connected to an electrical outlet, and a light bulb glows from the bottom instead of a pipe. The joke comes from the absurd combination of plumbing and electrical parts, making the image suitable as a reaction to a ridiculous or dangerous solution.
