What it means

A fake Nintendo Direct internal presentation slide lists supposed upcoming games and hardware. The joke comes from absurd parody titles such as “Toilet Princess,” “Temblor Simulator,” “Mia Khalifa’s Big Adventure!” and “Carlos Duty,” mixed with plausible releases, making it look like a leaked announcement. People send this as a reaction to ridiculous game rumors or obviously fabricated leaks.
