How do you do, fellow kids?
Steve Buscemi, dressed like a teenager with a skateboard over his shoulder, awkwardly approaches a group of younger people and says, “How do you do, fellow kids?” The joke is that an obviously older adult is trying too hard to appear youthful, making this a reaction to cringe attempts at fitting in with a younger crowd.
