The Color Called 9/11 Smoke
i was in an art classroom at the school i work at and i guess they were making names for different colors and i saw this? 9/11 SMOKE By: REID
A screenshot shows a post about an art classroom where children are naming different colors. One gray color is labeled “9/11 SMOKE,” creating an extremely dark and inappropriate joke by comparing the color to smoke from the September 11 attacks. It is the kind of meme shared as an absurd, shocking reaction to unexpectedly grim humor. EN: A screenshot shows a post about an art classroom where children are naming different colors.
