Take Memes Seriously

Text on the meme

Take memes seriously and get into fights with strangers.

What it means

An anime-style girl sits cross-legged on a raised platform and addresses a large crowd of monks or shaved-headed men. The joke is that treating memes as serious arguments can lead to pointless fights with strangers, presented like a solemn spiritual teaching. It is used as a reaction to someone overreacting to internet humor or taking online arguments too seriously.
