DIY Stem Player From Four iPods
DIY Stem Player made from four iPods and a bunch of adaptors. Fun fact: Headphone splitters work both ways and can also function as audio couplers, allowing multiple sources to be played at the same time through one set of headphones.
A homemade audio device combines four white iPods with multiple headphone splitters and a pair of headphones. The joke is the absurdly improvised “Stem Player,” which lets four music sources play simultaneously through one set of headphones. It is shared as a reaction to over-engineering, DIY ingenuity, or excessive audio multitasking.
