What it means

A split image compares Ellie from The Last of Us with a young girl making an intense, open-mouthed reaction face. Both are shown with the Cracker Barrel logo, creating an absurd visual comparison between the video game character and the real-life reaction image. It is used as a humorous reaction to something unsettling, dramatic, or unexpectedly similar.
